My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed here and they did absolutely amazing. From the check in process to the doctor calling to check on her later that evening. Top notch care.
Scheduled to have wisdom teeth removed a month ahead of time. Completed all paperwork and responded to all texts. Called me 2 hours before surgery to cancel the surgery so the doctor could have a consultation. Never go here they are unprepared.
Awful awful customer service. I was working on getting the $4000 payment they Require to paid. Most places will take a partial payment up front. Not here nope!!! Then find out on my own minutes later they take care credit. Why couldnt they have brought that up??? Then find out they want to charge me more than what was originally quoted. They 3 ladies working there had no empathy. They then tell me as I'm walking out they will be billing me for a consult that I wasnt even part of bc I wasnt trying to get their payment.
