Richard Katz has to be one of the worst eye doctors you go there and you wait longer than you need you don’t get stuff done and it’s not about being thorough it’s about being timely. He kept me and my family there for hours and hours how upsetting I wanted to leave with my children needed their eye exam, and I needed my exam and it took forever couldn’t even get to see my children, I do not recommend Dr. Katz by any means he needs to retire and go somewhere else because this office is normally thorough and get you in and out... read more
Horrible experience! Very immature staff! Be cautious when giving insurance! I had multiple insurances was told only use culinary and not etna because it’s too much work. Called back because I had to use etna and they started laughing like it was a big joke! At the end I had to pay for my visit with double coverage???? Very immature billing department!!!!

Dr. Cruz is the worst, most unprofessional “doctor” I’ve ever had the misfortune of using for any medical practice. I’m canceling all my appointments here. Do not use this office especially dr Lawrence Cruz as he will fail you every step of the way
