Im not sure whats going on overthere what's our scheduling but I had to listen to a co-worker complaint about an hour how he drove over there for an appointment that apparently they canceled without telling them I would have this place if I could
Look, I'm a patient person. I waited over a month to see this dentist. I got the automated confirmation text. I drove a full hour from work. And what happens when I walk in? The dentist isn't even there. The front desk looks at me like I'm crazy, claiming I'm not in the system-even though they magically have my name and insurance info on file. Then they ask me which system I used to book the appointment. I don't know, your website?! It's the most disorganized operation I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
I have seen Dr. Mengert for 34 years and he's worth driving 25 minutes for!
I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this practice! Everyone is personable, kind, and highly professional. Office staff helps work things out well, and all of my care has been high quality and painless. I recommend Drs. Mengert and Judd to everyone!
