Only because I am unable to reach them many times...It is not the doctors it's their communication lines. Trying over and over to reach them to cancel an appointment is not a good service. Verizon answers the phone telling you they are busy to call back later...really?
What's more spooky than getting your wisdom teeth removed on Halloween?? Regardless of this nightmare your team made me feel so welcome and cared for throughout the entire procedure. From making sure I was comfy before the anesthesia, to reassuring me and telling me I was a good paitent and even obliging to my odd request to keep my teeth, you guys were beyond professional in every aspect of the word. Had a molar extracted yesterday by Dr. LaRusso. Great doctor!!! Answered all my questions and made me feel extremely calm and comfortable with what he was about to do. All of his staff was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
