My husband and I have been patients at this practice for years. Dr. Shreya Patel is truly exceptional...intelligent, competent, meticulous, caring with attention to every detail. She is so extraordinary and classy. The entire staff and team are friendly and lovely.
This morning a bagel claimed a large portion of my tooth. I have a good amount of anxiety about dental appointments so I admittedly haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. I called and spoke to Gina who was SO nice and SO helpful. She set me up with a same day appointment with Dr Patel. I immediately felt comfortable with everyone in the office and am so grateful to Dr Patel for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate everyone and will be back for all of my dental care going forward. Thank you!!!
I don't know why I haven't written a review before, but here it is. This office is, undoubtedly, the best practice in the Kansas City metropolitan area. As I said, undoubtedly. They are amazing, humane, empathetic, caring, professional, and loyal to their patients. You will NOT find a better place. I have been a patient since 2018, and haven't been the easiest patient. They have been extremely accommodating, generous and patient. I have nothing negative to say about this amazing office.
