Great pediatric dental office. We just had our first visit last week (we definitely waited to long to have our child's first dental check up, dont tell anyome) but when we got home our kiddo told us he really liked his dentist and was excited to go back in 6 months. As a parent, that's all I want to hear. Glad we found a good kids dentist near us.

I had such a pleasant experience when I took my three boys here(4yrs, 6yrs, and 8yrs old). The office staff was so warm and friendly and answered all my questions. I sat in the waiting room drinking their coffee and reading a book, since parents aren't allowed in the back. Surprisingly I wasn't stressed at all. When my boys came out, they all had one thing in common to say, "This was so much fun!" Who says that about a dentist??!! Worst service/dental/medical ever. We had extractions scheduled with our 7 year old and confirmed multiple times to have them attempt to adjust the time and act put out when we couldn't. Then upon completion of the extractions they weren't going to have us see or talk to the doctor. Then once we insisted upon seeing the dentist they advised it wouldn't be the usual doctor we would see. If this were at one time a great dental practice it no longer is. I visited Arlington location for my son. Dr.Watts was great and he was so nice. HOWEVER!!! I'm experiencing the most craziness with the billing department! As you know, they check with your insurance company whether they accept your plan or not before the visit. They did check my insurance plan with BCBS and confirmed me they accept it. That's why I went there out of thousand dentist offices. But when I received the bill, I found out it was out of network! Why would I go there if it was out of network???!!! STAY AWAY! These guys were so cruel with my grand daughter. In my wildest dreams I can not imagine why someone would take an awake child 3 years old and fasten them by contraption into a chair and let them scream and fight for more than a half hour.. After a half hour of struggling they finally decided that they could not do the procedure. I think I would have figured that before I strapped her into a chair.
