I began the process of having a molar extracted and an implant installed to replace it. Dr. Howerton and his staff were very professional and friendly. Dr. Howerton genuinely cares about his patients. He explains every step of the procedure he is going to perform. I feel at ease as his patient which is exactly how I want to feel in that environment.

Download ? ? Hide email ? ? I accompanied a friend that was nervous about her dental appointment. She has lived in the US for many years but her English isn’t very good. Dr. Howerton was very patient, calming and gentle with her. Not only did he have a translator on staff to help but he also had the medical papers translated for her. I was so impressed by his thoughtfulness and kindness towards his ESL clients. I also found out that he volunteers his time to serve people in our community that may not be able to afford medical care. Dr. Howerton is an exceptional oral surgeon but also an outstanding human being. In addition to all of that, his lobby has two massager backed chairs, chilled water bottles and a Keurig for his patients. He goes above and beyond in all aspects of his practice and it was very much appreciated.

Dr. Howerton and his staff were extraordinarily open, welcoming and straight forward. I had an upper molar extracted under general anesthesia. The procedure went well and I had only minor swelling and little post operative pain. Dr. Howerton called the day of my extradition to check in with me and answer any questions I had. I appreciate his willingness and patience to fully explain treatment options.

Dr. Howerton has performed a jaw surgery on myself (1998) and recently did my son's oral cyst removal. He is patient, kind, and very informative. I really appreciated how straight forward he was with us about the possible outcomes from the procedures that had been done. His staff is quick, efficient, and very welcoming.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Howerton. He was very thorough making sure we knew all the details concerning the procedure she is going to have done. He was also very careful looking at her medical history taking a lot of precautions concerning her severe asthma mixed with anesthesia. I was very impressed with their care to details. I will update after the procedure is performed.
