I have heard that this company tries to scam money from clients. Well, I am a first had victim of this. I have ChampVA insurance and in March I received a bill for $321. I called and they claimed they did not have my insurance information from the hospital. So, I gave the representative my insurance information. Now fast forward to today and I receive a threat of collections, via mail, if I do not pay the $321. I think I will start a law suit. They never send me a bill I have been printing off all my mail since I have gotten usps informed mail deliver for the last 2 years. They automatically send it to collections ruining my credit. I have talked to a lawyer and this is a legitimate action. You will pay for ruining my credit. I did take photos of everyone’s comments that they never got a bill and they sent it to collections. This is proof they do it to not just me but everyone else. This is a major lawsuit.
Like so many of the other reviews, Drs Hill and Thomas have deceptive and unethical billing practices. First my son and now with my wife. They sent us to collections with my son when we NEVER received a bill and now we just got a “final notice” with a threat of collections in 10 days for my wife yet we never received any prior bill, phone call, or other correspondence.
