I'm giving one star because I don't know who are these people??? I have never been in their location, I don't know why they're sending me a bill???
Terrible billing department!
I spoke to a very kind and helpful woman at this billing office. She helped with my insurance issue. She even called my insurance while I was also on the line.
Thank you for a judgment on a bill I had no knowledge of cause I have insurance and I don't see any medical professionals without accepting it!!! So I will be filing a countersue against YOUR OFFICE for stress and harassment falsified bill AND BRING COPIES OF ALL THESE REVIEWS!!!!!!! SOME ONE NEEDS TO REPORT YOUR FAKE MEDICAL UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE
I seen this office 1 time, ONE TIME and they were useless. Mind you this is almost over a year ago. Saturday 6/22/2024 I’m away at my child’s baseball game and I have a process server at my door stating they have papers for me from this doctors office! Monday I look up this office and the local court house where they have now processed court case in my name for non payment of bill. The BILL is $22.00.
