Did not care for the staff at the Whitehall location, Sue was not understanding. when I said I get anxiety, looked at me like I was not human, I would never return too that location, and was gossiping behind my back too the other employees, asked me about my meds and acted like she was paranoid and afraid of me . I felt worse after I left that location ,If she is going too treat the patients like that she should retire or find another line of work we're she don't have to deal with people, I feel I was singled. out I like the... read more

The doctor was great. Front office staff not so much. Prepaid for a replace meant lens. Was send less than 3 weeks ago but I had to have an appointment to pick up the lens. I’ve worn gas perm lenses since 1987.
I've been coming to Dr. Gundersen and Zuker's office since I was a kid. Dr. Gundersen has always been very kind, and always takes my concerns seriously. The girls that help with glasses and do the pretesting are AWESOME, too!!! They're so sweet and they always try to answer any questions I have. I saw Dr. Morse for my last exam - he was great! He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and it seems like he really cared about the health of my eyes.
Switched to this eye dr for our entire family of 6 and they were wonderful! Very friendly and professional I highly recommend this place!
