I was pleased with my appointment at your Burien office, especially the efficient manner in which all office and dental personnel handled my time there. I was appreciative of the advice Dr. Larson was able to give me about my dental problem. His explanations were thorough and knowledgeable yet understandable so that I could make an informed decision about possible treatment.
Poor/NO communication . My husband had a very invasive prostate procedure on 3/14/17 and was told by Dr Frankel that he would be in contact within the week for test results. It has now been 4 weeks (4/14/17) and still NO report or communication from Dr Frankel. In addition, my husband went to the office on two separate occasions to see if he could receive any information on his test results. He was told that the Doctor would get back to him. THIS DID NOT OCCUR, still waiting as of 4/14/17
As always, for nearly 20 years, I am so thankful for a great experience with a Doctor who is more than professional, he is a friend and care about more than just my dental needs. Thank you Dr Larson, Kelly

Not very impressed at all. Mom had an apt feb 24th, as of today march 6 we still haven't heard the results of her urine test. Does she have an infection or not?? We can't find out until dr comes back into town. Was told no one else can give us the results. So much for patient care.

after months of waiting for my implant to adhere with my new bone, I have a new tooth. In and out in less than 15 minutes. No hassles and a great fit. Way to go. This was my second implant and both times it was a breeze.
My partial broke and Dr Larson worked on his days off to get the nessasary parts to repair my partial so I did not have to miss any work and a very important trade show. Doctor Dave is a real life savior Thank you Chris
