I’d give less stars if I could. I’ve been a patient here for years. I got United Healthcare insurance (to go with my Medicaid) in 2022. I got glasses from Dr. Favede in 2023 but not in 2024. I called at the end of 2024 to make an appointment. I was given a date in early January. My insurance WAS NOT discussed. I arrived for my appointment and was “greeted” by Sabrina at the front desk. Ive been going there since I was 10. Over 30 years later and I have no intention on going anywhere else, ever! They are the best!
I am thoroughly satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Favede and his staff. My new glasses are ideal, and their commitment to eye care excellence is evident. I am grateful to have them as my provider and highly recommend their services.
