On April 28,2022 Stephen P. Graziani had to work on my two front teeth. Everything was fine until he decided to inject 💉 my upper lip with (Anesthesia)×2. Anesthesia is injected into the maxillary anterior barley piercing the tissue with the beval towards the bone- standard malpractice procedure, my lips have nothing to do with my teeth. I have been with Falbo & Monday for seven years now and everything has been excellent. Dr. Monday is a star.
The staff members here are really honest, which is sadly hard to come by. It is very helpful that you can always see your x-rays so you know how your teeth look. Its so incredibly ethical. I like that it ensures you never have to get work done or pay for anything you don't need.
The entire staff is excellent. From the people who schedule the meetings, to the dental assistants, to dentists themselves, I am very satisfied with everyone there and the services they provide.
I love going to this office. All of the front desk staff members are on top of everything. They get me checked in and out from my appointments really fast. Plus, it is really easy to schedule or change my appointments. Thanks everyone.
The atmosphere here is really upbeat. I will continue coming back.
