i don't appreciate being ripped off left and right for services here. would not recomment and I won't be letting my child come back here
I am a physical therapist that works around the corner from the Lockport location, referred by a coworker of mine. A lot of people at my office raved about DPR.. and it had been a little while since I had a steady dentist. From the moment I walked in, was processed and treated, it was indeed a flawless experience. My teeth and gums look and feel great. Staff were kind and honest. I would gladly recommend any of my patients to DPR if they are in need of good dental care!
I came in to get some fillings done with Dr. Waples. She was great. Very gentle, didn’t even feel my shot. I would recommend this office and Dr. Waples to anyone! Thank you!
In for some fillings. Organized and clean inside. Great manners at reception, from Dr. Kulkarni, and her dental assistant. Communicative during procedure which is always comforting. Would recommend
Newer to this office, keep getting new hygienists and my last visit was with Josephine, it was awful. Somewhat friendly but brutal and reckless with the cleaning instrument because she seems like shes in a hurry, nothing relaxing about this cleaning. I Ieft " Better Smile" Dr. Riad in E. Amherst for many reasons, different dentists all the time, hygienists were not the best and a new dentist lying about having cavities I didn't have in order to sell me into drilling and filling I didn't need.
