Dr. Davila and the whole office are so kind and my experience going to their office for a few years has been amazing. They truly care about the health of their patients and are always so willing to answer questions. I am almost finished with my Invisalign treatment and am very pleased with the results and feel more confident because of a better smile. Each visit is great because this office cares about every patient and making sure that each person is cared for.
My wife is a patient at Drs. Davila & Velazquez and I have noticed a aggravating trend. No matter what she gets done, whether it is orthodontic service, or some other dental treatment she is consistently seen by her dentist no earlier than 45 minutes past her appointment time. She is always told that her appointment, "won't take long" but the result is her walking out the door 1 hour or more after she was scheduled. This office does not value the time of their patients! My 3rd dentist in this town in the last ~7 years - from how it looks like, very probably the last 🦷 😎 Roman did a great job with my x-rays and cleaning today and I'm going to see Dr. Bauza again in January. They are not in MetLife insurance network, unfortunately (Delta, Cigna, United and BCBS are accepted only), but for regular/yearly services they are very competitive even out of network. Great experience! Check-in was quick, the facilities are spotless and staff was very pleasant. Everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I am very pleased with my visit.
