Me and my husband have been coming together at the same time for years. We leave work to come to our appointments and they say o ly one was made. Didn't say they would squeeze me in. NOTHING. Was waiting in lobby for my husband and another lady came in for her appointment and they told her she didn't have one she said she had made it at her last cleaning. Didn't help her either. Well it was just a coincidence that two appointments were missed for the same day for two different people.
Tell people ahead of time what their charges will be for expensive dental work, say for work over $100. The other day I had a relatively large charge of over $400, which was slapped in my face at checkout. This infuriated me because of the fact you all have charges that aren't revealed. How did I know that that amount was correct as opposed to being made up? I really don't understand what I'm paying for. I have never been billed. I really wanted to like this place but it hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. For my last two appointments I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. Today my cleaning finished at 5:07 and instead of waiting to view my panoramic and provide the clean bill of health-the doctor left promptly at five. My insurance was billed for the doctor’s periodic oral evaluation but none was completed by Dr. Coots. I’m not sure what happened to this establishment.
Due to COVID lockdowns I had wait well over a year to see a dentist w/4 broken teeth ....I had waited months but when I called Dr Scott Ward I got in within 2 weeks ....I was shocked Dr Ward could pull teeth (wisdom teeth which had broken) pulled all my wisdom teeth right in his office ....I didn't feel a thing ....he's the best Dentist I've ever had the pleasure to meet
