Dr Ribando and staff have been great to work with! They have consistently provided exceptional professional service. I have had a few complex issues, and Dr Ribando has thoroughly explained all of the treatment options and been flexible with payments. They have been great about squeezing me in on short notice. I have recently moved out of town, and plan to travel back to Greensboro to continue as a patient of Dr Ribando. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to, and I hope to keep coming back for a long time.
Unbelievably cruel and heartless. His supporting staff are all incredibly kind and they deserve to work for a better person. I have never met a healthcare professional so lacking in human decency and compassion. Scaring your patients? Guilt tripping them? Telling them they're probably going to die & that the antibiotics you're prescribing them "probably won't work"? What the hell is wrong with you? Dr. Ribando and his team have been awesome to work with. They are always very polite and personable. They have always done great dental work and go the extra mile to make his patients feel like they are cared for.
