This office is so awesome! This staff is the best! They know what they are doing and always greet me with a smile and know my name. My teeth are still with me because of them!
After my surgery I learned I paid too much out of pocket for my gum graft surgery. I contacted their office and they said they will be mailing out the refund check either by the end of the week or the beginning of next. I let a week or so go by and I called again. They said that there was some misunderstanding and that my check would be going out that day. I call again after a week. Again they say oh there was a misunderstanding. I had to call 3 times within 3 weeks to get my check. Ridiculous.

We took your complaint seriously, such comments help improve service. There are at least six people who could be answering telephones but there is only one person authorized to process refunds and to tell you the exact day it will be issued. For that we apologize and our staff will be more careful. Unfortunately, the person who does refunds every two weeks was dealing with serious medical issues . We are sorry for this bad experience and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Dr. Bruce Barr is amazing. I've had two teeth extracted and it was so easy. He calmed my fears and the pain I felt afterwards was minimal at worse. I love Dr Barr and his "bed-side manner". I wish he could do all the work in my mouth. Hands down best dentist in the area!
He did my 1st implant 20 years ago and now I just received another one. He has been placing implants longer than most in Virginia Beach- using the best implants.
They are all AWESOME!! Had a great experience beginning to end. My dental implant was pain free and I cant even tell its there. Feels like a real tooth!
Dr Barr did my implant, with Dr Taylor applying the crown. It was a great success.
