Dr. Babington is really good doctor. He got me in as a emergency. But the receptionist upfront is rude and not a very nice person. She demands payment like a bill collector. I am trying to explain about insurance. She wanted nothing to do with my insurance or FSA. She also growl at me like a dog. I do not feel welcome at the office. I probably will not return to Dr. Babington office. If my eye does not get better I will have to go elsewhere.
I have known Dr Babington for many years. As a physician, I have telephone consulted him from two states away because I trust his fund of knowledge. Additionally, he is caring and dedicated to his profession. I wish our offices were closer. He’s a great asset.
