First and last visit to this practice. Doctor was running behind because she was outside taking her dog on a walk. She brings the dog into the room in a dog carrier, how is that allowed? I am in the appointment for less than 5 minutes and then get charged the 15 minute consultation fee. What an absolute joke and waste of time
We have seen Dr Brian a number of times, he is fantastic and couldn’t recommend him enough, he is kind, attentive and very caring and follows up even after appointments .The reception staff are really helpful and welcoming. Great experience overall
