They can't help you. They're all students and will hypothesize on what MIGHT be wrong with you, take some far fetched guesses about it, and throw medication at you and tell you to see a pcp. They are reluctant to do any tests unless you tell them to. They are about as useful as google in figuring out what's wrong and will just give you prescriptions for whatever they guess it could be without doing tests. Waste of time and money. Next time I'll go to the ER or wait weeks to see my PCP over going back to this place. Oh and do... read more
I would not recommend Doctors 365 for children. We were on vacation in Florida and my son needed to see a Doctor for low grade fever and sore throat. We didn't even see a Doctor, just a PA, they didn't have the equipment to do a strep test and we walked out with a prescription for amoxicillin and paid $130 for virtually nothing. The amoxicillin didn't work after the 10 days so we went to a different clinic and received a positive strep test and a different antibiotic which also didn't work. this is the second time I've been to this particular facility and this time I would say my service was sub-par I was greeted by a medical assistant was very pleasant and a PA student who also took the time and ask questions about my symptoms.... only to be followed up by the actual PA rushing in my room running a hundred miles a minute about the symptoms I previously told the PA student and check my lungs really quickly and running out telling me about what she's going to put me onand ran out...no room for questions or to ma... read more
The place is dirty, the wait time was horrible, I have PPO and had to wait 2 hours to get back to see the doctor, and after all it was a physician's assistant that examined me, he was clueless, gave me antibiotic for my flu. didn't get better, returned there in 4 days and they wanted to charge me again....I walked out.
They were pretty quick. Staff was nice. The Physician’s Assistant was who I saw was another story. He was useless. Apparently the doctor wasn't seeing patients. He looked at me and shook his head and basically said, "I don't know." No recommendation, no referral, nothing. I had to complain in order for him to look at me again. I've been here before and saw a doctor and I had a good experience but this time I was very disappointed and it seemed like the PA didn't care.
