Dr. Ross is a 10 superstar physician. She listened attentively to the reasons I ended up in her ER (severe lower left abdominal & lower back pain - possible hernia and/or slipped disk). Dr. Ross me at ease (not easy to do), administered the correct dosage of sedatives so that my pain eased but I could still explain my symptoms and then worked with her staff to diagnose my condition.
