Dr. Roofs team accidentally showed up at my house thinking it was the correct home who needed a new roof when it was my neighbors 4 houses down. They helped themselves up on my property, ripped apart a section of my roof, left a mess with old shingles, and nails on my roof and around my lawn that blew into my neighbors yard. I had Paul come out , short notice and shingle an addition for me. Excellent service, fair price and would definitely recommend. Surprised to see bad reviews on here.
Paul himself is a respectable man, level headed. Worked for one of doctor roofs sub contractors i was not employed under doctor roof, It was a horrible experience, i believe Paul and his men would do a good job on your roof/home but one crew is very unorganized and inexperienced and the supervisor is verbally abusive as and under pays the employees so they work what they are worth. I worked here , supervisor would be pulling up swearing questions/demands at us (from the road while we are on the roof) was shamed when wanting to use saftey Harnesses. Time lines never met, manager was very manipulative with my coworkers and tried with me. I have kept records of the verbal abuse through texts i would have recieved as well, however this is only one of the contractors not all of them.
