Dr Baldwin was our Dr when he was in Oak Harbor and we Followed him to Anacortes Family. Medicine wish we would have been able to follow him when he moved out of state. Fantastic doctor! Great! Great person!
Has to be the most kind, thoughtful doctor I have seen. I am 67 years old and never have met any doctor with A+ bed side manner. His assistant Mary is also kind and helpful.
