Despite going over my invoice with the clerk and reconciling my bill at the end of the appointment. I was charged for an additional service I didn’t request or use, and then billed a second time for something the representative couldn’t even explain. The lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected. I will not be returning.
Every single person who helped me today was friendly, kind, professional, and efficient. I especially like efficient. And I like my new optometrist, Dr. Hines, very, very much. I’m 68 and have several budding eye issues, and she explained each of them thoroughly including options for care and possible treatments. Since I was badly overdue for my eye exam, she had tests administered to evaluate all areas of possible concern, and some new issues had in fact presented. My midwinter visit to Spectacles was absolutely great. The receptionists and staff were very courteous and the doctor, awesome!!
