I’ve been a patient for 8 years and gladly leaving this office! Service levels have been trash since they moved to the new building. Dr lameh kept me waiting in the little room for over an hour after my original appointment time. She now has no regard or respect for others time anymore. I drove an hour, waited an hour and got a rushed visit! I will be reporting to my Insurance that she did not give me a full well person exam. After seeing and loving Dr Lameh for 12 years I am going to have to get a new PCP. I can’t go weeks without return phone calls regarding medications and her staff has become extremely rude, insensitive and downright disrespectful. Unfortunately she doesn’t have an office manager nor does she have a vm. I will be making one last appointment with her so I can explain everything to her but it literally breaks my heart to have to find another doctor.

Almost 20 years ago, my first GP passed away at 83 (he was still practicing). I’ve been to several GPs in between, and, until seeing Dr. Lameh, I thought I would never find a GP I could trust 100%. Enter, Dr. Lameh: she is kind, patient, knowledgeable and takes her time to explain prescriptions, diagnoses, and procedures. I had a disappointing experience with this doctor (Dr. Lameh). Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait an extra hour to be visited. When I finally got in, the doctor only spent about 30 minutes with me and didn’t let me finish explaining my concerns, saying the next patient was waiting. I had come in for my annual check-up, which should have been covered, but the doctor charged me, claiming my visit was for a different issue. Overall, I felt rushed and overcharged.
