I had a disappointing experience with this doctor (Dr. Lameh). Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait an extra hour to be visited. When I finally got in, the doctor only spent about 30 minutes with me and didn’t let me finish explaining my concerns, saying the next patient was waiting. I had come in for my annual check-up, which should have been covered, but the doctor charged me, claiming my visit was for a different issue. Overall, I felt rushed and overcharged.
I cannot thank Dr. Lameh enough for the exceptional care she provided in treating my eczema/ dermatitis. I had been struggling with it for over a year, and despite all my efforts, I hadn’t found anything that worked. Dr. Lameh took the time to thoroughly understand my situation, listened to my concerns, and developed a treatment plan that helped resolve the condition. She is incredibly thorough and her professionalism, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. I am so grateful for her expertise!
The office staff tried to reach me to pay a copay, but never routed the phone from their answering service. I was unable to reach anyone for hours, and then they cancelled my appointment. Dr. Lameh is great, but the administrative staff doesn’t care about patients.
I love how the Dr. really listens and she is a great physician that takes good care of her patients.
I'm forever grateful to have Dr. Lameh as my doctor! She's truly amazing and caring, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them with compassion.
