I had an appointment at 2PM and I was not seen by the doctor until 2:45PM. On my copay there was an additional credit card fee for paying with my card that I was not aware of beforehand. Before having my procedure the staff told me that I will need to pay up front since they didn’t know if my insurance would cover it. I was told they had not check all my benefits since they needed to call and that takes a long time. I was in complete shock! Shes very good, answer all your questions. The office staff vey rude need to be replaced.
She has the most horrible office staff , Chandarika her office manager is rude , uneducated , they charged us an amount not approved by our insurance company and when I had them on line with insurance company , the representative constantly told her that this amount is wrongly charged she instead of admitting she made a mistake told me to go to hell and hung up phone on my face and the insurance representative. Please be aware of being overcharged and rude office staff .
