Dr.Nowlakha has been great in helping out myself and my family. She always is kind and listens to our concerns. She gives suggestions and feedback on steps to improve my issues. I highly recommend her and feel better from taking her suggestions and course of action.
I have had really great experiences seeing Dr Pooja - she's super attentive and answered all my questions. I particularly liked that she was very thoughtful in explaining everything. Her staff is great too! They got me in a room as soon as I got to the office and they were very professional.
Would recommend for sure! Dr. Pooja is very personable and easy to talk to. The staff is very helpful as well, plus the wait times are not too crazy. I got seen at my appointment time which is always a relief because you can never tell at doctor’s offices. For sure, would come here again if I ever need to.
Unbelievable experience with this staff telling me to go somewhere else due to an issue with the referral. This is not acceptable customer service to throw someone out like a dog. This place has a horrible order in it. I’m not sure what it is, but that diffuser they have going is not helping at all. Even if it smelt like flowers and roses that is not going to get the horrible cold hearted staff workers to change and know what customer service is about. Arrived on time, presented my BCBS and Medicare cards to an unfriendly greeting. Waited an hour and then ushered in to a tiny room by another staff member who called me by my last name with no greeting that smelled horrible. Then I was informed I had a copay. I told her that I didn't have a copay because not only did I have two insurances but that I had already met my BCBS out of pocket for the year. I was left in the smelly room again and when I could no longer take the odor I left.
