I have been a patient of this PCP for about eight months. At first, my experience was positive, but over time the quality of care and professionalism declined significantly. The biggest issues have been poor communication and a lack of professionalism. It has often been difficult to get clear responses, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Dr. Dana Petrus is incredibly thorough and truly takes the time to make sure every concern is addressed. I never feel rushed, and she wants to make sure everything is checked and nothing is overlooked. I really appreciate how attentive and caring she is. A special thank you to Luz—she was amazing today, as always! She is kind, helpful, and welcoming. The entire staff has always been wonderful, and they consistently provide excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Dana Petrus and her team!
I absolutely love Dr.Petrus she always takes her time to talk with me and is very attentive to everything i tell her, staff is super sweet and amazing as well!!
