We went to this office to get the vaccination portion of the immigration medical forms I-693 filled in for a K1 visa holders (Fiancée of US citizen Visa). The USCIS needs only a few parts of the form I-693 filled IF the applicant has completed the medical exam by a USCIS recommended panel physician in their home country. Then, only Parts 7 and 10 which is the vaccination record have to be filled in. Do yourself a favor and go to Dr Pauls for DOT physical He and helper are the easiest people to get along with. As long as he is there I will continue to go to him
