Dave was recommended by a couple of people on the Billerica Moms FB page so I thought I'd try him out when my refrigerator wasn't working. He responded quickly to my voicemail and came out within 2 hours to diagnosis the problem. Dave was friendly and professional. I loved that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what each part does. Will definitely call him again the next time one of our appliances need repairing!

Needed work on my dryer and Dave came out on time (actually called to see if he could come in earlier), took care of the problem, cleaned the area behind my dryer for the first time in a decade and had some time to talk Patriots football. Will DEFINITELY use DRP next time I need any appliance repair work!
