Truly excellent company that easily made my “contractor rolodex.” Owner Mark was very prompt in communications and with scheduling service for our garage door to address issues we were having as well as installation of a new opener. Tim, who performed the work, was courteous, great to deal with and very knowledgeable. He installed our new garage door and as he was backing out of our driveway-he stopped, got out of the car and rang our bell to tell us that with his car headlights, he noticed one panel of the new door had a very small dent (smaller than a nickel ) & he would order a new panel and replace it. Now THAT's customer service!

Just had Tim come out today to install a garage door opener. The cables broke last week but we decided to go with the garage door opener. Tim checked it out last week and made sure we were good to install. He was done today in a couple of hours. He explained everything to us when everything was done and showed us how everything worked. The price quoted is what we paid. Great job and a great experience. Thank you.
