Traveling I-80 east at the Brush NE exit we searched Google for a restaurant serving breakfast and found the Drover Culinary Cafe. Was not disappointed. Our group had healthy sized portions of the breakfast scramble, oatmeal, short stack pancakes with sausage patty, eggs with ham, Denver omelet with toast and apple and orange juice all around. Came here again on Sunday. The special was a baked pork chop with potatoes, sweet potatoes, dressing, coffee, and jello. One of the most tender pork chops I'd had outside my house in a long time. Really good coating. Whole lunch was awesome! Topped it off with a piece of peach pie. Perfect. Stopped here with the riding club. Food was great, staff is friendly. Pork tenderloin sandwich was awesome, couldn't pass up the strawberry rhubarb pie. Really good!
The food and people are really amazing. I highly recommend you eat here at least once a week .
