Dr. Drouin removed two of my teeth the other day. He did an excellent job. The office staff were also excellent. I am recovering faster than I had anticipated. I am grading them an A+.
I was definitely terrified to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled - thus why I wanted until I was 37 years old and couldn't put it off any longer. But after having it done 8 days ago now, I had nothing to be scared of. Dr Drouin and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so patient and make sure you are very comfortable. Nobody wants to go through the dents implant process, and I was no different. That said, Dr. Drouin and his staff made me feel like I was in great hands through the entire process. His experience was evident, and he had the perfect blend of the two characteristics what implant patient wants to see the most - 1) installing a long-term and safe implant and 2) working me through the process as quickly as was possible without comprising goal number one. I had a rough day the day I went for 2 tooth extractions, & Dr. Drouin + his surgical assistant, Ashlee, were so kind and patient with me. They gave me time to process very unsettling information & did not rush me to make a decision. After the surgery, Ashlee was very kind & made sure I was well taken care of. They both exhibited compassion, which is not always true with medical situations. He called me that evening to make sure I was OK, & the office called me the next morning also. Very organized practice and kid friendly. Dr. Drouin is kind and caring. The office staff are awesome too. I highly recommend this office and Dr Drouin. My daughter was in great hands and they all genuinely cared about her having a good experience. Definitely wonderful people there.
