Ordered a 6.5 subwoofer 2 months ago never shipped, hit them up asking,got good response first email..asked if I wanted a different item, then ghosted me. After 4 emails and a call finally getting my money back...in 10 days 🤦...they area joke.

So I ordered a SA 15 V2 D2 subwoofer from Droppin HZ because the Sundown Warehouse was out of stock. Turns out HZ ships directly out of Sundown's Warehouse. They failed to mention that on their website. So they canceled my order for me through email and this was the response that they sent me. Step your game up HZ.

These folks are a bunch crowns, extremely poor customer service, once they get your money that care anything else about your order nor hearing from you or communicating with you period. I ordered a Amplifier from that, they purchased it from another company and had shipped to me. The Amplifier went out while under there bogus warranty and both locations have closed since I mailed my amplifier back. They don’t answer emails or calls, they blocked me on Facebook. Very sad and poor service..Order has been paid for over a week and no information on purchase and order still unfulfilled..I was told I didn't have a address provided but I have a invoice with my address on it...Contacted them plenty times and still no information on a purchase over 700 dollars...

This company is completely AWFUL! I have to call 20 times to get someone on the phone just to get an attitude. I put in a $600 order and once they received my money they completely blew me off. They claim to send things out and don't then I've called 15 times in a row with no one answering to find out where one of my packages is that by the way since they separated it from the rest of the order because they didn't do the job fast enough and sent one late that now my package protection is gone on it.
