Great customer service. I was moving to the area and spoke with Gary, the owner about renting a 10x10 storage unit. He kept me informed about one coming available. Rented it a month before our move. Very clean unit. Entire storage facility well maintained. Well lit. Monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7. Gary offered a helping hand if I needed to move anything to my home. He used his truck to transport a bed for me. No charge, even refusing a tip. I highly would recommend this facility for storage.

Absolutely fantastic business! Used the facilities for years and never once had any issues. The owner Gary and his wife are incredible! Extremely accommodating to work with and very fairly priced. They actively watch the facility to ensure it remains secure. Be sure to ask Gary about his son’s moving company if you ever need help moving your stuff in addition to storing it. 10/10 would give them business again

I’ve kept my belongings in Drop Zone for over and it was a great experience. The owners truly care about the people who are entrusting the property with their belongings. Gary was always so accommodating and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend drop zone to anyone needing a storage unit.

Stored my personal belongings while I was deployed. Not only it is a fair price, the owner places a great emphasis on the security of your property. I strongly recommend this business for anyone that wants a good price and for their personal property to be safe when you return.

From day 1, the BEST, most honest customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I used Drop Zone for storage during my deployment and came home to my stuff in PERFECT condition. If I ever come back to Fort Drum, and need storage, this is where I’ll be going! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! For everything!
