From day 1, the BEST, most honest customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I used Drop Zone for storage during my deployment and came home to my stuff in PERFECT condition. If I ever come back to Fort Drum, and need storage, this is where I’ll be going! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! For everything!

A GREAT family owned business! If you are looking for a well maintained, new storage facility, with fabulous owners, Drop Zone storage is the place to be. The owners Gary and Diane care for each of their clients like they're family. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and ownership ensures all units are accessible during the winter. The owner, Gary, will consistently go to lengths to support and assist his customers beyond any typical request. Made moving in the dead of winter an ease. A genuine business that deserves all credit and 5 stars.

By far one of the most upfront and customer oriented businesses I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner gave me honest advice that was potentially more beneficial to me than the business. I respect the honesty and will give this business my business whenever I can!
