Spoke with someone on the phone and got a conformation email about the oil/air filter change. Tech shows up with no clue about the oil change and no oil to do it. Tried supporting local but will not use them again.
Wow! I’m near Athens GA. Called Drop Swap at 8AM on a Saturday about my daughter’s car in Murfreesboro. The car was leaking oil from drain plug. They were close by and put a new crush washer on the drain plug at NO CHARGE all by 9AM! I’m shocked! Sold on using Drop Swap moving forward. Thanks Nick and Josh!
I have a Ford Explorer that had to get the oil change done today, Jacob did a fantastic job! Wonderful customer service from the owner the night before when myself and 3 others scheduled online for the same time and from Jacob when I asked to be texted instead of coming to the door due to having dogs that go crazy when someone comes to the door!!! I will be using them again and I highly recommend yall do as well!!
Josh, and Nick were both professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was very happy with the service, and the price. It shows that Drop Swap cares about their customers, and the customers vehicles.
