It is not surprising that the Drop Shade company has a dispatch and no direct line to a supervisor. They are unreliable and do not keep their scheduled appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Dropshade did a fantastic job installing our custom shades on our patio. No longer do we need to go inside when the evening sun comes around. We have such a wonderful backyard and now we enjoy dinners on our patio. The drop shades work great helping block the wind too and just make our entire patio much more comfortable. George
