I enjoy coming here. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My therapist, Dr. Asia Caldwell, is amazing and I have been able to use certain techniques that I’ve learned in our sessions to manage my grief and stress. I highly recommend this place.
I came to this practice specifically seeking integrated therapy and medication management, which their website and scheduler confirmed was available — and that Asia handled both. My intake paperwork reflected that. During the assessment, I was asked to revisit past traumas and go through my full medication history in detail. At the end, I was told therapy is not regularly offered, and despite my history showing that an entire class of antidepressants had not worked for me, Asia said she would prescribe within that same class... read more
EDIT If you are on a controlled substance, get used to withdrawal. She cannot remember to submit your prescription on time. If you are okay with waiting weeks after your appointment for your medication and being ghosted for months, I would still recommend. Original Post I could not recommend her more. She was receptive to my idea of a treatment plan and spoke respectfully when correcting my misunderstandings. If you are looking for an LGBTQIA+ friendly provider, you've found one.
This office is awful. They are a scam to the first have the worse office manager that not follow up on important paperwork that needs to be completed properly and not discarded you after they don’t want to complete paperwork right fir your job. Then over charge u in co pay knowing u meet your deductible. Then u have to call a thousand times for then to return money. Nothing Kendra Bulter did was worth it. Not a good place at all
