I scheduled an appointment while realizing I didn’t want to wait in the Jiffy Lube line for 2 hours. The reviews looked good and they seemed reliable. They never showed up and there is no way to contact them. The phone number on their website doesn’t work and you can’t even leave a message. I was hoping to at least have them show up so I could use them from now on. I was excited to never have to wait in line for an oil change again. Ian did a great job on my 2020 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel! He was on time, efficient, and professional. He is also a really friendly person. I love not having to go to an oil change place to get it done. I recommend everyone use Drop Oil.
So convenient to be bale to stay home and literally bake cookies while my oil was changed! It was such a luxury!
