This place cares! The employees all have mental health diagnosis so they understand on a deeper level with the members. This is a safe place for someone who struggles with mental health and wants to hangout. They have coffee, pool table, zen room, quiet room to watch movies and take naps. You can also request peer services for help !!! I highly recommend this to family friends and loved ones
They let the people they are trying to help go to the end of the parking lot and smoke Marijuana. Not sure how this is helpful for recovery.
It's a great place to hang out and meet people. I go everyday, until iIhave to leave to go to work, each day. Except for my day off, iIusually hang out until they close.
This center should be weary of whom they hire and make decisions based on experience and not personal relationships.
Good place for those with special needs, down on your luck, depressed and needing someone to chat with, to go and help build each other up. Looking for a place to go to get away from the violence in Jackson.... They offer lunch, internet, laundry services to their members. Play pool, watch television and chat with other members.
