Drook is great. All employees are personable and professional. I love them all.
The doctor was polite, personable, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. However, the front desk staff member was demeaning, rude and vulgar. For example, when the copay was more than I expected and I decided to call the wife about it, because we discuss all financial matters, the woman doing the check in said, "Why, can't you afford it?". Then later as I'm filling out the paperwork, I overheard her say, relatively loudly in a professional office mind you, "party in your mouth"... I'm unsure of what she was referencing... read more
Thereaa is excellent. She takes the time to listen and she will see if need to be seen that day. The rest of the staff is excellent also. She.really cares about her patients.
