They seemed great at first but when I had issues with the work they did in the field, I got very poor response and little to no help. Now that the work is a couple years old, I am seeing shifting of the floors and the heat from my stove affecting my backsplash and it is a bummer to know I cannot reach back out to them to fix these things from their poor response I had previously.
