I brought my mini 3pro in with a broken arm.the young man at counter was very nice.he told me i would have to leave drone there for repair. Then a guy came from back of store and ask what happened. I told him I fly almost every day and to go a few days without flying would be hard.he said do you have ten minutes? I said yes.he went to back to the shop and came back 10 minutes with my drone repaired! I was so thankful! What a amazing experience. Thanks so much.
Store hours inaccurate - associate stared at me waiting outside. No answer on phone either, another business will value their customers if this one doesn’t. UPDATE: reading other reviews there is a pattern of this company blaming customers for their negative feedback instead of taking any responsibility - that’s a big red flag in customer service.
