Great property management company, I have lived at 415 N Prince apartments for 4.5 years and it’s been wonderful. Gorgeous unit inside and out. The direct contact at the property management company, Melody, is fantastic. She and her team take care of any issues very quickly. I would highly recommend renting one of their apartments.

One of this companies staff Melody Martin, was a huge help with helping my family find an apartment in the Millersville area. She was great with communication and very helpful with anything that we needed. The customer service of this company is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have been renting a suite in the Livery Place building for over a year. So far I have been very pleased with the privacy that I have in this place, the prices are very affordable and best of all is the location of the building. I will definitely renew my new lease for the third time.
