I made a special trip from Tennessee to see this orthodontist after my permanent retainer fell off. Instead of simply re-bonding it like other orthodontists have done quickly and with no issue, I was told I’d have to come back later that day. When it was finally put back on, it didn’t feel right at all. I spoke up, but was told it fit fine even though I couldn’t close my mouth comfortably and my night retainer didn’t sit correctly.
