I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Michael Bannon and his team for the care I received with my gum recession. He is kind, gentle & an expert at what he does. He also went above and beyond from my initial consult, to procedure, free follow up visits, and when I mentioned an issue with my retainer, his team (Nicole) helped me with a new one free of charge. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. It's actually a zero star review for leaving someone in pain and in need of treatment without callbacks, only to be told after 3 weeks that they were not taking new referrals. I had to chase myself to find that out, complete lack of care when I could have found another specialist to turn to without delayed treatment.
