Very poor customer service and unprofessional. It's actually a zero star review for leaving someone in pain and in need of treatment without callbacks, only to be told after 3 weeks that they were not taking new referrals. I had to chase myself to find that out, complete lack of care when I could have found another specialist to turn to without delayed treatment.
Such a kind, caring, knowledgeable man with such expertise in his manner of providing his gentle, professional and genuine care of his patients. In all the doctors I have seen over the past 40 years I would undoubtably say Dr Michael Bannon is the best that I have been fortunate enough to see and be treated by.........there are too few like you......thank you Dr. Bannon
