My son had really bad red cheeks that would get almost scaly they'd be so irritated. I had gone to see his pediatrician 5x at this point over a year about the issue we tried some regular creams and steroid creams, nothing was working only occasionally would suppress the issue very temporarily. We got referred to Dr. McNeely and after 1 appt he suggested a prescription cream (without steroids which I appreciated trying this route first) that worked perfectly for our son. My son has been seeing Dr. McNeely for several years now for an ongoing skin condition and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. McNeely and his assistant Julie. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He always makes sure we are full on our scripts and has been able to squeeze us in for last minute appointments when needed. We love Dr. McNeely and are so grateful for his expertise.

Took my 6 year old son in at the beginning of October because he has a dry scalp and it’s causing hair loss. I was told the results would take about a month but as mid December approached I took it upon myself to call in and find out what’s going on. They immediately called back with the results meaning they had them for who knows how long and didn’t bother calling me to update me on my 6 year olds condition.
