I saw Dr. Angela Power this spring for an eye exam and ordered new lenses. The lenses came in and I can see again! Absolutely love the vision I have with them and the transitions are just the right darkness. She also gave me a prescription for whatever had been making my eye lids so red and sore and puffy. That too was a fabulous success. It immediately relieved the skin around my eyes. I’m so grateful for such great eye care. Thank you!
The best place to go for eyes is FYI! They are all so friendly and helpful! Eve has served me since they opened! Makes getting glasses less stressful!
Horrible customer service. The Optometrist Andrea at the round house was horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. There are many other places to get glasses and contacts. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that not a franchise.
FYidoctors gave me the best service, best prices that I have received in Lethbridge. Eva is the best at selecting, fitting and making the whole experience a fun time. Both my husband and myself saw Dr. Chow for our eye exams and found him to be very professional. The other two ladies who conducted our tests were also very pleasant as were the ladies at the front desk. We were both very satisfied with this office and are making it our go-to for future eye exams.
