Wait time is 2-3 hours. Horrible will never go back
I have had 6-7 visits here now, Dr Bujak is a great doctor & deserves 5 stars in a vacuum, but the office is run poorly, takes on too many appointments, and the wait is minimum 2 hours, many times its 3 hours, the street parking is very expensive, and the staff is so cold, also often times he will leave the office for emergency surgeries so its just not worth it for me, see attached photo of the usual waiting room
Clinical staff here is extremely rude , I brought my elderly mother for eyes exam who does not speak English, the staff refused to speak her language (Punjabi) and made things so much difficulty. When confronted in Punjabi, the staff said “ we are not required to speak other languages”, and called us raciest for assuming that they speak a different language and one of the staff demanded apology “ just because I am brown you thought I speak your language, that’s being racists”.
Great results, highly recommend Dr Bujak, as a patient having PRK in the eighties , getting the cataracts out and new lenses in was a difficult operation. Dr Bujak is a real pro, I am very happy with my new improved vision, thank you Sir
