The women that help us EOD Friday, Tiffany (?) & her brunette team member were so kind and caring looking after both pairs of my glasses. Had a fall on the ski hill and needed repairs. EOD & they only cared about helping me. Such a great small business vibe with a personal touch. Customer Service is alive and well at this business . Thank you so very much
I’ve seen Dr. Holly Nikirk a few times for an eye injury. She was nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and assuring. During each visit Dr. Holly did a thorough examination, took the time to listen and answer my questions, and clearly explained any home care required. Had my first optometry appt in 20 years. Dr Holly and her amazing staff made feel comfortable and did a dynamite job. Leading up to the appointment I had a couple verification /reminder texts with our appointment information which was a great reminder! They have a great selection of frames for a very reasonable price and staff that will help you pick the perfect pair. I had an amazing experience during my eye appointment with Dr. Holly Nikirk. She was extremely personable, professional, and gave me very helpful tips for longevity with my eye sight. I get nervous around doctors and she made it very a very comfortable experience. I would refer this clinic to any of my friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
